These Website Terms apply when you access or use the Field of Digital website. Separate quotes, proposals, service agreements and package terms apply when you purchase services. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the specific signed or accepted service terms take priority for that project.
Website Information
The content on this website is general information about digital strategy, website design, SEO, social media, branding, email marketing and related services. It is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your own circumstances before relying on information for an important decision.
Using This Website
You may view and use this website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce substantial content without permission, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Quotes, Scope and Payments
Prices and package information on this website are invitations to enquire unless a specific online purchase process states otherwise. Project scope, timing, payment stages, inclusions, exclusions and ongoing commitments will be set out in the relevant quote, proposal, order form or service agreement. Work outside an agreed scope may require a separate quote.
The $199 Launch Site
The $199 Launch Site is a template-based one-page WordPress website using client-supplied business information, content and assets. It includes one reasonable pre-launch revision and requires the $99 monthly Website Care plan for a minimum of 18 months, then month to month. Website Care covers hosting and technical essentials described on the package page. Ongoing content edits, custom design, ecommerce, memberships, courses, custom coding, multiple pages and unlimited revisions are not included unless separately agreed.
Client Materials and Permissions
When you supply logos, images, text, reviews, testimonials, trademarks, files or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and publish it. You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, claims, professional requirements, licences, approvals and privacy permissions in your supplied content.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Field of Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, templates, systems, reusable code and tools. Website content, branding, images, software and other material on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, modify or commercially reuse them without written permission. Project-specific ownership and licences are governed by the relevant service agreement.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Websites and marketing systems may rely on third-party hosting, plugins, themes, analytics, email, payment, booking, social or other platforms. Their availability, features, prices and terms can change. Field of Digital is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, policy or decision, but will provide the support included in the applicable service scope.
Results and Search Rankings
Field of Digital does not guarantee a particular revenue result, number of enquiries, search ranking, follower count, advertising outcome or business result. Performance depends on competition, market conditions, client input, budget, implementation, platform changes and other factors outside our control. We commit to careful, strategic work within the agreed scope, not guaranteed outcomes.
Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete or current. We may update, remove or correct website content without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field of Digital excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
